1. General Refund Policy
All bookings made through our website are subject to the refund policies of the respective travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ticket providers. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the provider’s terms and conditions.

 

2. Tour Package Refunds
* Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the supplier’s policies.
* Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date may receive a partial refund after administrative and supplier fees.
* Cancellations made less than 14 days before the travel date may not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Hotel Bookings
Hotel refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the specific hotel.
Some hotels offer free cancellation within a specified time, while others may be non-refundable once confirmed.

 

4. Cruise Bookings
Cruise refunds follow the cancellation rules of the cruise operator. In many cases:
* Early cancellations may receive partial refunds.
* Late cancellations may result in penalties or non-refundable charges.

 

5. Theme Park and Water Park Tickets
Tickets for theme parks and water parks are typically non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, unless otherwise stated by the ticket provider.

8. Service and Processing Fees
Please note that service fees, booking fees, and processing fees may be non-refundable, even if the travel service itself is refundable.

 

9. Force Majeure
Refunds may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, airline cancellations, or global events.
