About us. "DJB Book N Travel" ("DJB") is a travel agency and affiliate for third-party travel suppliers and providers. 1) Agreement to Terms. By accessing our site or requesting a quote, booking, or purchasing any services through DJB, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

 

2) Our Role as Agent. DJB acts solely as an independent agent and booking intermediary for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, ground transportation, theme and water parks, and other third-party suppliers (collectively, "Suppliers"). Your contract for travel services is with the applicable Supplier(s), not with DJB. All bookings are subject to the Supplier's own terms, conditions, rules, and policies, which prevail in the event of conflict.

 

3) Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate, complete information for all travelers, review all confirmations for accuracy immediately upon receipt, and promptly notify DJB of any discrepancies.

 

4) Quotes, Availability, and Booking Process. Quotes are based on availability and pricing at the time issued and may change until a booking is confirmed and payment is accepted by the Supplier. A booking is confirmed only when the Supplier issues a confirmation. Special requests (e.g., bedding, accessibility, adjoining rooms) are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the Supplier.

 

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Fees. Prices are dynamic and may change due to inventory, currency fluctuations, taxes, surcharges, resort fees, and Supplier or government-imposed charges. You are responsible for all such amounts. Obvious errors and omissions are subject to correction, and we may cancel or reprice any booking affected by a material pricing error.

 

6) Payments. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors or directly by Suppliers. You authorize DJB and applicable processors to charge the amounts due using the payment method you provide. DJB does not store full card numbers. Chargebacks that are not the result of fraud may be treated as cancellations and subject to Supplier and agency fees.

 

7) Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds. Changes and cancellations are governed by Supplier rules and may incur penalties or be non-refundable. DJB's own refund practices are described on our "RefundPolicy" page. No-shows are typically non-refundable. If a Supplier cancels or modifies services, your remedies are limited to those offered by that Supplier.

 

8) Travel Documents, Entry Requirements, and Health. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, government-issued IDs, health and vaccination requirements, and compliance with all destination entry rules. Airlines, cruise lines, and border agencies may deny boarding or entry if requirements are not met. We strongly recommend reviewing official government advisories before travel and purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

 

9) Traveler Conduct and Supplier Rules. You must comply with all laws, Supplier rules, and safety instructions. Suppliers may refuse service or remove travelers for misconduct, safety risks, or violations, without refund.

 

10) Insurance. DJB strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation/interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage, delay, Supplier default, and other risks. Coverage is governed solely by the insurer's policy terms.

 

11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. DJB is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier, or for personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Except to the extent required by law, DJB provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJB's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of agency fees you paid to DJB for the booking giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

 

12) Force Majeure. DJB and Suppliers are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government actions, power or internet failures, or Supplier operational decisions.

 

13) Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DJB, its proprietor, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, applicable Supplier terms, or your misuse of the services.

 

14) Intellectual Property and Site Use. All content on our site is owned by or licensed to DJB or its licensors and is for personal, non-commercial use in connection with planning travel. You may not copy, scrape, modify, distribute, or exploit site content except as permitted by law.

 

15) Prohibited Uses. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations, to interfere with or disrupt systems, or to infringe the rights of others.

 

16) Governing Law and Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

 

17) Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
